Why individual Proof coins? Good question. Over the past couple of decades I have bought thousands of Proof Sets. Some go into stock, some get wholesaled out. And some get a coin or two cut out and sent in for grading. When that happens I wind up tossing the sealed cellophane remainders into a box. That box has grown to several pounds of odd coins.
